Shipment protection, handling, and our damage replacement policy
Shipping
All orders are shipped within the continental United States via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Each shipment includes tracking and uses insulated packaging to preserve compound stability during transit.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Estimated Transit: 2–5 business days depending on destination.
- Packaging: All compounds are shipped in insulated, sealed packaging to maintain product integrity.
Shipment Protection — Damage Replacement Policy
Every domestic (US) order includes complimentary shipment protection. If your order arrives damaged in transit, we will reship it at no cost to you.
What’s Covered
- Products damaged during shipping (broken vials, compromised seals, visible damage to contents)
- Defective products that do not meet the purity stated on the Certificate of Analysis
- Incorrect items received
What’s Not Covered
- Products that have been reconstituted, opened, or used
- Claims submitted without photographic evidence of damage
- Products improperly stored after delivery (e.g., failure to refrigerate as indicated)
- Orders without valid proof of purchase
- International orders
Claim Process
- Document the damage. Take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging as soon as it arrives. Do not discard any packaging materials.
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Email support@northpeakpeptides.com with your order number and damage photos.
- Claim review. We will review your claim within 1–2 business days.
- Replacement shipped. Once approved, your replacement will ship within 24 hours.
Policy Details
- One replacement per order.
- Replacements are provided as a courtesy for verified transit damage only.
- Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Excessive or suspicious claims may result in account review and denial of future replacements.
Refunds
Due to the nature of research compounds, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction, or any reason other than documented transit damage or verified product defects. All sales are final once shipped.
International Orders
Shipment protection and damage replacement are available for domestic (US) orders only. International buyers assume responsibility for customs, duties, and any transit risk beyond the point of export.
